Fighting: You can try! Vash is a staunch pacifist and refuses to fight unless you're actively trying to harm someone else, and even then he's usually about getting them out of danger/getting away. Trying to pick a fight with him directly is not going to get you anywhere... but OOCly I think it's fun to force him to fight so I'm happy to help figure something out C:

Manipulation: Sure! It's somewhat likely that he'll notice that's what's going on, but just as likely that he'll go along with it anyway, to his own detriment.
Romance: Flirting and lighthearted fun is a-ok! For actual Romance... he has self-worth issues a mile wide, is cagey as hell despite being so friendly, and spooks easily when it comes to people trying to reciprocate affection. It's not impossible he's just kind of a mess.
